Shipping policy

Mainland UK Delivery

If the recipients address is within mainland UK, depending on order size and weight, your order will be delivered via DPD or Royal Mail (excluding furniture).

  • Standard delivery charge for Mainland UK is £5.95 per order up to £74.99, orders over £75 are shipped free of charge. 
  • Orders received before 2pm will be processed on the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays & weekends will be processed on the following working day.
  • Orders placed for collection will be available from 2pm the day after ordering, we will arrange a mutually convenient collection timeslot with you via email.
  • Local delivery within 3 miles of CV21 3DY will be delivered within 3 working days.
  • Delivery times can vary, however we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from the day the order is made. Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive from order date.

  • During busy periods, such as Christmas, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual.
  • You will receive an update via our chosen contact method at checkout when your order has been dispatched.

Non Mainland Delivery

Recipient addresses outside mainland UK will usually be shipped via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. Please see rates below. All order processing and dispatch timings are as Mainland UK. Please note any VAT or duties due via customs are the responsibility of the recipient

International Delivery

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer International Delivery.

Packing:

Where possible (eg excluding furniture) we hand pack your orders and try to re-use packaging to reduce our impact on the environment. Whilst every care is taken to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition should anything happen please see our returns policy and contact us via ali@littlewreninteriors.co.uk
